0.6m PTO Shaft with a shear bolt included, at 60cm overall length when closed end to end. Telescopically extendable to approximately 65cm end to end. Please measure the distance between the end of the PTO output on your tractor and the end of the PTO input on your machine when attached to the 3 point linkage. This will give a rough guide to the length you require. The PTO is a 1 3/8″ diameter 6 spline size Z6 fitting. There are easy maintenance grease points on either end of the drive shaft by the collars. Additionally, the inner shafts should also be greased regularly for longevity. Our 0.6m PTO shaft with a shear bolt is recommended for compact tractors 10-50hp. The advised tractor PTO running speed is 540 RPM as per our implements. Please consult your tractor’s manual to check how to set up and adjust the PTO drive speed, as this is specific to the tractor. For safety, always ensure the overlap on the inner shafts is adequate to avoid the two ends separating when in use. Remember if PTO shafts need to be cut down to size always use a competent engineer or tractor mechanic. PTO drive shafts are suitable for most of our PTO-powered machinery including mowers, rotovators, wood chippers etc.
