The FPM 4.6m Rotary Rake P-RS460/13 is an ideal machine for the production of hay. The rotary rake collects only the cut grass for high quality fodder with fewer impurities such as dirt or rocks. Rotary rakes are designed for raking grass cuttings. This model prevents tangling and flattening of the cuttings which makes the process of baling the hay much easier. To make the rake more versatile, it has a floating frame for ground contour adaptation in all directions. Lateral shock absorbers allow the rake to move in relation to the direction of the tractor /- 25°. This allows the tractor to turn without raising dust and stopping raking. The gearbox is manufactured with a set of bevel and helical gears set in oil. The working height can be adjusted by changing the gearbox or wheel height. The P-RS460/13 has four wheels in the centre of the attachment which support it. The tines are set on the end of nine arms which attach to the machine at the centre. The tine arms can be folded upwards towards the middle for easy transport and storage. The FPM 4.6m Rotary Rake is easy to fit and operate. It can attach to most small tractors via the 3-point linkage. The mower suits category 1 and 2 linkages.
